About
Dan Castagna is the President of Flexer Law and handles primarily consumer bankruptcy cases. He handles all aspects of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. Dan has represented thousands of clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies during the course of his employment with Flexer Law.
Dan is licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and is currently a member of the American Bar Association. Dan was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2013 and received the National Academy for Bankruptcy Attorneys, Inc. TOP 10 Attorney Award in 2014.
Dan was born and raised in Queens, New York, and arrived in Nashville in 1995 to attend Vanderbilt University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in psychology in 1999. He subsequently attended and graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2003. He has been with Flexer Law since he received his license that same year. He lives in the Nashville area with his wife and five children.
